It’s a 24m² studio with a large terrace.

It’s situated on the 3rd and top floor of the building (with elevator), in front of the Ponteil Beach.

The studio was fully renovated and equipped in 2023, so that you spend a wonderful holiday: new furniture, air conditioning, dishwasher, TV, WIFI, …

You will sleep on a comfy convertible sofa: 195 x 160 cm (mattress 17 cm)

Pillows, quilt, sheets, towels, kitchen towels are provided.

Free private parking in the residence.

To get to the studio:

- From Nice Airport: you can either take the bus to Antibes (quai 3 - terminal 2) or take the train at St Augustin Station

- From Antibes Train station/Bus station: city bus n°2 or 30 (Hermitage stop) or by foot (20 min. walk)
